Dr. Jorge Marcos Acevedo received the Industrial Engineer by the University of País Vasco. PhD in Industrial Engineering by the University of Vigo, in 1994.
He worked from 1983 to 1988 as Instrumentation Engineer in a Maintenance Department of a company. From 1988 as Associate Professor and Researcher in the Electronic Technology Department at the University of Vigo. His research areas are RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety) of electronics devices and electronic systems, electronic sensors, E-Learning, Innovative Education and Assets Management.
