The Staff Mobility Program to the University of Vigo, from November 25 to December 3, 2024, is a key initiative within the SMTMC project, aiming to enhance academic collaboration, exchange best practices, and strengthen industrial partnerships in the field of maintenance engineering and Industry 4.0.

During this period, representatives from Tunisian universities (Sfax, Carthage, Jendouba, Gabès) will engage in a series of activities, including:

• Project coordination meetings to assess SMTMC’s progress and future sustainability.
• Training sessions on integrating Industry 4.0 technologies into maintenance education.
• Workshops on digital learning tools and hybrid training models.
• Industry visits, including a tour of BorgWarner Enterprise and Europrecis Industry, to explore cutting-edge maintenance technologies.
• One-on-one mentoring sessions with European experts to support the development of innovative academic programs.
