Mohamed BELHAJ is the director of the Career and Skills Certification Center (4C). He is also director of the Student Entrepreneurship Center and the Office of Innovation and Technology Transfer. He cumulates 30 years of engineering experience and has extensive experience working on international projects related to innovation and entrepreneurship. He holds a doctorate. in project management and has developed a project management methodology for university-industry collaboration covering best practices, tools and models of university-industry collaboration in the fields of R&D and social and economic development of the Tunisian context.
Mohamed is a frequent speaker and professional trainer in the areas of technology transfer, innovation, Soft Skills and entrepreneurship. He is vice president of the association Sfax international
